When I grow up I’m going to be a librarian. Or a counselor. Or a writer. I think in a past life I was a book editor, but apparently I didn’t feel quite up to it this time around. In the meantime, however, I spend my time working at a university while I finish my psychology degree.

Edited to add: We’re moving to Boston early 2007 and I’ll be applying to graduate programs in counseling and psych. Undergrad is done (only about a decade late)!

Kalliope was a Greek Muse, attributed with ruling epic poetry and eloquence. It was her job also to grant the gifts of the Muses to lucky mortals. I hope to channel her here.

Interests: books, music, writing, knitting, trying to sew, vegan stuff, hobbyist astrology, collecting tarot card decks, progressive politics, learning about anything

Food stuff: I’m a strict vegetarian with vegan leanings. This translates to: If it weren’t for honey and wool, I could call myself vegan. I just do what feels right to me, and I don’t stress about it too much.
